Say Their Names Monuments is a national memorial and justice-driven organization dedicated to honoring lives lost to systemic injustice while supporting the families and communities impacted. Through powerful public art installations, traveling exhibits, community service events, mental-health and healing programs, youth initiatives, and justice-advocacy campaigns, we preserve truth, uplift families, and mobilize change. Our services include memorial creation, policy advocacy, awareness events, support resources for impacted families, and community programs that educate, empower, and inspire collective action toward a more just future.
Say Their Names Relief Fund
The Say Their Names Relief Fund provides direct, compassionate support to families impacted by police brutality, wrongful incarceration, systemic injustice, disability-related crises, and unexpected tragedy. This includes families caring for loved ones with disabilities who face barriers in healthcare, education, safety, and daily support. Through emergency financial assistance, resource navigation, disability support services, memorial support, community aid, and crisis response programs, the fund helps families stabilize, heal, and access the tools they need during the most difficult moments of their lives. Grounded in dignity, transparency, and community solidarity, the Say Their Names Relief Fund ensures no family—especially those navigating injustice or disability challenges—faces hardship alone as they fight for truth, justice, and healing.
Justice Lives On Foundation
The Justice Lives On Foundation is the community service arm of our movement, dedicated to honoring loved ones lost to systemic injustices through meaningful acts of service, compassion, and community support. Every initiative is carried out in their memory—transforming pain into purpose and remembrance into impact. Our programs include the Back to College Event, Senior Care Boxes, Angel Santa holiday support, Homeless Care Bags, Christmas Toy & Gift Giveaway, Impacted Families Day Out, and many other community-centered efforts that uplift, restore, and bring hope to families in need. Through service-driven outreach and remembrance-focused programming, the Justice Lives On Foundation ensures that the legacies of our loved ones continue to inspire healing, unity, and positive change in communities across the nation.
Mothers Moving Ahead
The Mothers Moving Ahead Initiative is a empowering program designed to support single mothers as they navigate life, parenting, education, and stability. This initiative provides comprehensive resources—housing support, rental and utilities assistance, furniture and household essentials, food security, childcare guidance, and personal development tools—to help mothers build a strong foundation for their families. Through education pathways such as GED programs, high school completion, trade school training, and college opportunities, along with monthly activities, community service, case management, and annual celebrations, we uplift mothers with the skills, confidence, and support they need to move forward. The Mothers Moving Ahead Initiative is committed to breaking cycles of struggle by creating opportunity, empowerment, and long-term success for every mother we serve.
Beyond Barriers
The Beyond Barriers Initiative is a dedicated disability and mental health program designed to support individuals and families navigating neurodivergence, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and mental health challenges. This initiative focuses on protection, advocacy, access, and empowerment—ensuring that those with disabilities receive care, dignity, and support instead of punishment, discrimination, or neglect. Through crisis-response assistance, family support services, school and facility oversight, disability rights education, resource navigation, and community-based mental health programs, Beyond Barriers works to remove obstacles that prevent individuals from thriving. Our mission is to create safer systems, stronger protections, and equitable opportunities so every person with a disability or mental health condition can live with stability, respect, and full inclusion.
Behind The Walls
The Behind The Walls Initiative is dedicated to protecting, uplifting, and advocating for individuals affected by the prison and jail system, including those who are wrongfully convicted. This initiative focuses on exposing inhumane conditions, challenging wrongful convictions and excessive sentencing, fighting for access to proper medical and mental-health care, and addressing systemic neglect and abuse. We support families with loved ones behind the walls through oversight efforts, case reviews, innocence advocacy, reentry support, resource navigation, and awareness campaigns that shed light on the injustices happening out of public view. By amplifying silenced voices, demanding accountability, and pushing for meaningful reform, the Behind The Walls Initiative ensures that every incarcerated and wrongfully convicted individual is treated with dignity, humanity, and a pathway to justice.
